About Clifford

Cliff has over 25 years’ experience leading change and innovation in technology and media companies. His previous roles include Managing Director of LinkedIn Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia, and Managing Director of Yahoo! Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, he was the founder and Managing Director of iTouch Australia and New Zealand, one of the largest mobile content and application providers in Australia.

Mr Rosenberg has more than ten years’ experience on the boards of publicly listed companies.

His directorships, include A2B Australia Limited and Bidcorp . He was also a Non-Executive Director with Nearmap and Afterpay.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) from the University of Cape Town and a Masters of Science (Honours) from the Universitat Ben Gurion Ba-Negev.

Committee Memberships: Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee.
