  • Users can choose to activate a direct bank feed of transactions from their banking institution
  • Bank transactions are then automatically available within TechnologyOne for Reconcilliation Processing

For the selected customer, users can display:

  • View relevant customer information
  • See requests, interactions, outstanding debts, animals, applications and infringements
  • Edit customer details and communication methods instantly from the workspace
